Our goal is to ensure transparency, quality, and satisfaction for every learner, client, and customer who interacts with our platforms.

By purchasing, subscribing, or using any of our services, you agree to follow the terms outlined below.

Ruheye provides three major service categories:

  A. Training Services (Online & Offline)

Includes all educational and skill development courses offered through www.ruheye.com.
These services cover:

  • Online recorded and live classes

  • Offline classroom-based training

  • Certification programs

  • Career guidance and mentorship

  B. IT Solutions & Support

Professional services delivered to businesses and individuals, including:

  • Website and Software Development

  • E-commerce Solutions

  • Branding, Graphic Design & Digital Marketing

  • Hosting, Maintenance & IT Consultancy

  C. Product Sales & E-Commerce

All types of physical and digital products sold through shop.ruheye.com, including:

  • Computers & accessories

  • Software licenses & digital tools

  • Electronics & gadgets

  • Tech-related educational materials

  3. Service Delivery Policy   Training Services
  • Online classes are conducted through secure platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS).

  • Offline classes are held at our Uttara, Dhaka training center.

  • Course access credentials are provided only to registered learners.

  • Video lectures, course materials, and assignments are for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

  IT Solutions
  • Project timelines are determined based on client requirements and confirmed via written quotation or proposal.

  • Each project includes phases such as requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and delivery.

  • Any major change in project scope after initiation may affect cost and delivery schedule.

  Product Delivery
  • Orders placed on shop.ruheye.com are processed within 24–72 hours.

  • Delivery times vary depending on product type and shipping location.

  • Digital products (e.g., software, licenses) are usually delivered via email within 24 hours.

  4. Payment Policy
  • All payments must be made through authorized methods (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or online gateway).

  • Full or partial payment may be required before service activation or project commencement.

  • For long-term projects, payment milestones are defined in advance and agreed upon by both parties.

  • In case of online purchases, payments must be confirmed before dispatch or access activation.

  5. Refund & Cancellation Policy   Training
  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of course enrollment and before accessing 25% of the course content.

  • No refund will be issued once course materials have been downloaded or the student has attended multiple sessions.

  • In the case of class cancellation by Ruheye, learners are entitled to a full or partial refund or can transfer to another batch.

  IT Services
  • Refunds are not applicable once project development has started unless Ruheye fails to deliver per agreed scope.

  • If a client cancels a project midway, the refund amount (if any) will depend on completed work and administrative costs.

  E-Commerce
  • Refunds or replacements apply only to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Product return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Certain items (like software licenses or digital keys) are non-refundable once delivered.

  6. Support & Maintenance
  • Ruheye provides free technical support during project delivery and a standard 7–30 days maintenance period (depending on project type).

  • Extended maintenance or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) can be availed under a separate agreement.

  • Support requests must be sent to support@ruheye.com or through our official helpline.

  7. Confidentiality

Ruheye maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, project files, and credentials.
Any shared material or login information is stored securely and used solely for service execution.
Clients are expected to keep Ruheye project communications and resources confidential as well.

  8. Service Modification

Ruheye reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or pricing without prior notice.
Clients will always be informed in advance for ongoing projects or enrolled courses.

  9. Limitation of Liability

Ruheye shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting servers, or client-side issues

  • Data loss resulting from user negligence or unauthorized modifications

  • Any indirect or consequential losses beyond the value of the purchased service

  10. Governing Law

This Services Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Dhaka courts.
